ECSTASY is a state of total awakening, its a state of our absolute nature which is always perfect & always present. It is a state of attaining complete liberation to talk about. Our body is sacred,the human psyche lives within the body ,but we are all impermanent, the influences on us are impermanent & there is nothing solid or lasting anywhere. Our mind is revealed as the universal basis of experience,the creator of happiness & the creater of sufferings. We live for what is always out of reach. Our thirst for so called responsibilities make us incapable of living in the present. And so before the moment of death it is absolutely necessary to purify our mind stream & our basic being & character. Walk out of your body ,walk out of your mind,purify yourself; bring up the things you really want to communicate to someone who is waiting to listen to you in silence.Its never too late. Feel free to express your thoughts, fears, anger, sadness, emotions, regrets & love to your sacred person.

Our mind wanders restlessly. It is involved in external matters and so is forgetful of its ownself.The soul is a reflection of the supreme, and is a spark of the divine. It is therefore perfect. Our main handicap is our lack of understanding, our myopic vision distorted by our surroundings. We fail to understand that our body goes through all the experiences of life and is mortal. But it is occupied by the soul that is immortal.
Love knows no boundries ,no differences, and no distances. Its a feeling and even seven seas cannot come between two souls.Love is the essence of life. Express it.
